A Corner of Main Street Built Around Good Food

Main St. Nutrition started with a simple conviction: the best food doesn't need a fancy label. It needs good ingredients, honest preparation, and someone who actually cares whether you come back.

We opened our doors on this stretch of Main Street in Flora to serve a community that values real bread over packaged bread, real produce over processed produce, and real people behind the counter. That hasn't changed.

Every loaf we bake, every shelf we stock, and every prepared meal we put out follows the same rule — would we serve this to our own family? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.
